Samsung's hasn't bet the house on design with the Galaxy S6 Edge, as it's also gone for a really, really high spec list as well. The octa-core processor inside is from its own factories (so we believe... we're still waiting for confirmation from Samsung on this) and there's a massive 3GB of RAM in the mix as well.
The bad news is there isn't a removable battery, nor a microSD slot... the former is for an improved design and the latter to allow for speedier use under the finger.
It really does zip along in our early tests, but at the same time most of the phones do a this stage... it's after a few months that the Galaxy S5 really started to crumble, so here's hoping the same won't happen here.
Samsung has tried to make up for the lack of expandable storage by offering the phone in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB flavours, so you should get all the media space you'll need (plus no worries about the OS taking up too much space), but there will be some aggrieved at Samsung for dropping the best bit of its phones.
